Potatoes (chopped into finger shape) – 1- ¼ cup

Oil – 2 tsp

Cumin seed powder – ½ tsp

Chilli powder – ½ tsp

Preparation Method

  • Take a saucepan and add chopped potatoes and just enough water and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  • Take a broad non-stick pan and add 2 tsp oil. Add the potatoes. Heat and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. Toss it occasionally while cooking.
  • Sprinkle cumin seed powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes by stirring continuously.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.

  • Peel the avocados and slice it into ½ inch thick slices.
